Perfectly Satisfying

For a salad meal, this Shrimp with Asparagus Salad was very tasty and very satisfying! It definitely “filled” us up! Will order this again.

Rich & Filling Greens

Don’t let the picture fool you. Your plate will be full along with your stomach after consuming this delicious salad. This is a quick and easy meal that can be prepped ahead of time by making the dressing, marinating the shrimp, and seasoning the asparagus. Right before dinner, toss in one pan to cook, add to your salad and you are ready for dinner. You can also grill, but I chose the stovetop method and it was fabulous. The flavors combine beautifully, the shrimp is plentiful, and the dressing can be used again the next day on your leftover greens. Yum!

Healthy and Delicious

The shrimp were delicious. The recipe requires you to make a parmesan dressing that you'll have plenty of and you'll want to put it on everything! Very easy and very quick meal. Low calorie.
