Satisfying dinner

Interestingly, the recipe called for salmon with skin on, and the salmon received was skinless. Also, the 2 fillets were vastly different in size, with one short and thick and the other long and skinny, which means that there is no way to cook them evenly. So I skipped the pan sear for the salmon and broiled for about 15 minutes, and decided to steam the squash. The butter thyme sauce was a nice touch that I used for the salmon and the squash, and overall we were satisfied with this meal.
