A warm, delicious 'comfort food' meal

SO tasty. Pretty simple. Would have enjoyed more egg noodles! Meat, though, we had enough for leftovers.

Great Family Meal!!

This was great and surprisingly easy meal to fix! I enjoyed the buttered noodles and the ease of preparation in making the beef steaks along with the sauce made this meal an easy weekly family meal. I would rate this as an easy peasy recipe for anyone who want to cook a great meal without a whole lot of steps or time to make. My little 8yr old daughter actually asked for 2nd's and usually she's trying to get straight to dessert ....lol. A great HIGH HEAT sear will seal in the juices of the steaks and that crust packs a lot of flavor. Salt is key but not too much. I kept adding until I got the flavor perfect. I paired it with just some sautéed spinach and crusty bread with butter and while me and my wife enjoyed some white wine, the kiddos had lemonade.
