Flavorful and Filling

This dish was chosen as a light fare meal for an evening dinner, yet I was surprised how filling it was. After my husband and I each had a generous portion, lunch was a special treat the next day with the leftovers. I thought the balance of noodles with the rest of the ingredients was appropriate and the egg and shiitake mushrooms were a nice addition to the soup. This is an extremely flavorful dish and I will be sure to order again.

Ok, but nothing special

It was just ok. I didnt feel like it had much flavor other than just tasting like a vegetable broth. There wasnt much asian flavor to me. Maybe if you used more ginger and miso it would be better. But I really wasnt satisfied with this recipe.
