This Asian ground pork called Larb is an easy Thai and Laotian dish with minimum cooking but full of bright big flavors: fresh herbs, spicy chiles, citrus, and of course, pungent fish sauce. (Feel free to temper the spice to your palate.) Make the most of your cilantro by also using the tender stems – they provide both texture and flavor.
