Where do you deliver?
We are currently offering delivery across the greater Memphis, Tennessee metro area. We'll quickly check your zip code before you check out to ensure you're in our delivery radius.
How soon before my desired delivery time do I have to place my order?
You can place your order as late as 10pm the night before you would like it delivered.
What delivery times are available to choose from?
You can choose to have your order delivered anytime between 2pm - 8pm, Monday through Friday.
Do you offer any pick-up locations?
At this time we are only offering delivery but we hope to have pick-up locations available in the future.
What types of payment can I use?
We currently accept payments online via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Are FIX gift cards available?
They sure are! Search "gift card" on the website and the gift card options will come right up. It is a digital gift card and it will be delivered via email. You can keep the electronic gift card for yourself or forward the electronic gift card to the lucky recipient!

How do I reschedule a delivery?
If you need to change a scheduled delivery date or time, email us the details of your request at email@example.com and we will get back to you about rescheduling.
What serving sizes are available?
All of our meals are typically available in 2, 4, or 6 servings. We also offer a few appetizer type meals and family style meals in 8 servings. You can order 2 servings for one meal, and 6 for the next. You’re free to select whatever works best for your lifestyle.
What should I do if one of my ingredients is damaged or missing?This is absolutely not acceptable and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out and let us know the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure out the best way to FIX your issue.
