Shouldn’t be called Mac and cheese

It is very tasty but shouldn’t be called mac and cheese. Very comfort food.

An Instant Comfort Food Classic

I loved the flavors in this Mac-N-Cheese recipe. My family is not vegan but we are big fans of vegan recipes and this one was not lacking in flavor and had a much "cheesier" taste that what I have tried before with other vegan mac-n-cheese recipes.
