Simply Fantastic Dish

This is one of my favorites so far. The homemade kimchi was incredible and the meat was high-quality like usual. I loved the cucumber salad, but would recommend grating the ginger instead of mincing it. I also added sour cream to mine. This is one of the only dishes I've modified, but I also think it was good out of the box. Just a little personalization.

Enjoyed it very much.

This was the first dish Lady Butter Chicken and I ordered from EatFix, and it did not let us down!

As a whole, the recipe is very simplistic; This, in my humble opinion, is why the dish works so very well. The flavors are delicate. Very light and refreshing, and would be perfect for a warm summer evening on the back patio.

If you have been on the fence about this recipe, it's worth getting.

Input/Changes:
1) Instructions need to be clearer in regards to ingredient quantities per item (marinade, slaw, salad). Was a bit confusing. I ended up using all the lime juice/zest in the marinade before I read that the salad and slaw also needed some.

2) I prefer my salad a little more "wet" (more dressing), so having a bit extra dressing would be nice.

Still, 5 stars. Loved it.

Tasty

Really good except our tortillas fell apart as soon as we picked them up
Also I used all the mint and ginger sent with recipe and I think both were a bit overpowering
