It had very good flavor. It just needed less of the buck wheat. That over took everything.

was a bit uncertain if I was supposed to drain the brussels, etc. when it said to add to the gnocchi, but I did. It didn’t say drain, but I’m wondering if I was supposed to??

Hi Pat! So sorry for the confusion - Our culinary manager said the intention is to not drain the Brussel sprouts because that water adds to the sauce. Not a good flavor profile

We really didn’t care for the buckwheat on this at all. It really ruined the dish sadly. Kids love Brussel sprouts and gnocchi but this dish was not liked by any in our family. We tossed it.
